This morning there was a boat docked to the west of the nest. (Last week one docked about half a block east of the nest.) This boat is so close (and so big!) to the nest I wonder if it showed up last weekend and scared the geese off the nest.

At lunch I went to investigate, and two geese were swimming in the area. I wondered if they were the same pair. (Geese and nest are indicated by arrows.)
