I have spent a lot of time with this goose, and except for the afternoon I was privileged to watch her enjoy a few minutes of R & R, she is always sitting. Just sitting, incubating her eggs. No matter how cold or windy or wet it is, she sits.

Today was another treat! She seemed to be interacting more with her world today. She yawned several times (I couldn't get a shot though, my camera's too slow) and watched as ducks swam past. I thought she was looking around for Father Goose.
